Busy, Busy, Busy...

It's that time of year again and all of our studios are busy preparing for Funfest. The teaching rooms are alive with the sounds of piano groups, rock bands, and a variety of solos and ensembles. The buzz surrounding the festival is nothing short of electric, you can almost feel the excitement in the air. Every year the Academy of Music participates in this festival and every year students finish off the season feeling energized. The Academy has given my son the opportunity to perform in many festivals here in Toronto as well as other locations in Southern Ontario. He has learned to perform in front of small and large audiences. This has given him self-confidence!. – Mrs. Donna Smith
